The development phase was further informed by extensive research, conducted by organisations including Museums Galleries Scotland (MGS). The development phase identified three strands to the delivery of this necessary change: Learning, Leadership, and Funding. The delivery phase will run from October 2023 to December 2026. MGS is currently seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake project monitoring and evaluation for the Delivery Phase.",

The report should be in a format that can be repurposed, for example for presentation to MGS's Board. The contractor should also include an analysis of the wider impact in terms of how the project might shape MGS's approach to future projects involving a similar framework. MGS welcomes innovative approaches to this analysis.
