Refugee Void Refurbishment Project
Notice Description
River Clyde Homes is seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to refurbish 30 void properties in Inverclyde to enable them to house Ukrainian Refugee families. The delivery of the project is dependent on River Clyde Homes being successful in a grant funding bid from the Scottish Government, the decision on which is imminent. Should the RCH bid be unsuccessful the works will not go ahead, and the procurement process will be halted. A detailed scope of the works required to be undertaken in each void property is provided within the pricing schedule attached as Appendix C. And information in relation to preliminaries is provided at Appendix F.

River Clyde Homes is seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to refurbish 30 void properties in Inverclyde to enable them to house Ukrainian Refugee families. The delivery of the project is dependent on River Clyde Homes being successful in a grant funding bid from the Scottish Government, the decision on which is imminent. Should the RCH bid be unsuccessful the works will not go ahead, and the procurement process will be halted. A detailed scope of the works required to be undertaken in each void property is provided within the pricing schedule attached as Appendix C. And information in relation to preliminaries is provided at Appendix F. The project must be completed in its entirety by 1st March 2024, only companies that can meet this timescale should submit a tender.
