Marine Directorate to invites proposals (including CVs) for the provision of two Statutory and Regulatory Review (SARR) Analysts.A Statutory and Regulatory Review (SARR) has been developed to provide a comprehensive overview of the Marine Directorate's statutory powers and obligations. It will also:- Identify potential areas for rationalisation and/or current non-compliance- Enable more effective deployment of resources- Propose potential methods for effective monitoring of future legislative changes.These aims are derived from the overarching ambition shaping the Directorate's organisational development, and the success of this work will allow the Directorate to deliver on its vision and identify areas for improvement.With oversight from the SARR programme lead, a SARR analyst with strong analytical, collaborative and organisational skills is required to progress this work, collaborating with internal colleagues to ensure the aims of the SARR work are delivered. A background or experience in working with legislation (reviewing and interpreting) will be key.
