Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council requires enabling works in advance of the development of the site at Montgomerie Park, Irvine. The works will involve the stabilisation of abandoned mineworkings by means of drilling and pressure grouting beneath a proposed residential development and associated infrastructure. This contract will provide for the preparation of the site in readiness for the first stage of development. This contract will be let on the following terms and conditions: NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract June 2005 - Option D (Target cost with bill of quantities), NAC Exit Terms and Conditions and NAC Model Form Additional Contract Terms Contract start is anticipated to be January 24 for a duration of 30 weeks.
