River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a company to undertake ad-hoc cleaning and specialist estate works for properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: Trauma Cleaning- -Sharps Removal -Graffiti Removal -Removal of Fly Tipping -Common Area & Garden Cleans -Close Cleaning -Standard Cleans -Deep Cleans A detailed specification in relation to what is required for each work item is provided within the tender document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2-year duration. RCH may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 12-month period, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
