The Scottish Courts and Tribunals service (SCTS) is seeking information from potential suppliers regarding the development of a digital end-to-end jury process from initial registration up to but not including the payment of expenses. The jury system is supported in-house however, it has become out dated, with only small upgrades such as the additional of a QR code to the citation letter being added to provide website access to allow registration of personal details. Enable a preferred option for communication to be chosen by potential jurors on registration and provide an automated excusal request option. Provide automatic notifications on completion of registration and automatic reminder prior to citation date. Allow citations to be produced and transmitted by e-mail. Allow batches of jurors to be identified and managed and produce the required reports and lists. Ensure 24/7 automated service provision for identified excusal requests to increase access to users out of hours.
