Improving Communications For Victims
Notice Description
The aim of this work is to develop a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to communication that puts the needs of people affected by crime first.A research phase of this work has already been undertaken to embed the views of those with lived experience in the project. People with lived experience have helped to inform us what a consistent style of communications across the justice sector would look likeWe will require the Supplier to work across the justice sector to understand individual organisation needs. This will include:* Consultation with five individual Justice Agencies on support required;* Participating where required in meetings of the Communications workstream* Interactive and practical training workshops;* Expert copying writing and editing;* Train the trainer approach.* Quality assessment and feedback loop approach.
