The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to deliver the International Selling Programme (ISP), which is a package of support targeted at Scottish based exporting companies facing the complexities in securing international sales in the on and offshore wind sector. SE wishes to deliver 2 cohorts of support, as set out in the Invitation to Tender documentation.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
