The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) requires the services of an Investment Management Company for the management and oversight of funds belonging to minors (children) under the age of 16, which generally originate from various sources, including inheritances, damages, or insurance policies related to children. The Investment Management Company will be expected to handle and grow these funds while adhering to legal and regulatory frameworks.

The Investment Management Company will be expected to handle and grow these funds while adhering to legal and regulatory frameworks.
Renewal: The contract shall be for a period of 24 months with a SCTS only option to extend for up to a further 12 months followed by two subsequent 12 month extensions.
