Notice Description

Dumfries and Galloway Local Employability & Skills Partnership (DGLEP) are looking to work with support organisations and training providers who can deliver a range of employability services to people of all ages. The partnership is funded to provide and commission support for individuals who are unemployed, low skilled or who have a low-income role to support them to move towards and into learning, volunteering, training, education and/or work. There will also be supported to help those who are low skilled and on low income to progress within employment. DGLEP are using UK Government Shared Prosperity Funding (SPF) People and Skills Funding to commission are range of interventions. The Partnership is committed to community wealth building and Fair Work.

A mix of procurement routes are currently being considered and it is likely that Quick Quotes, Non-Competitive Direct Awards via Light Touch Regime, and Invitation to Tenders may be issued. Whilst we develop a longer-term flexible framework for 2024 onwards, in the short term, we would like to understand what your organisation can offer in Dumfries and Galloway for residents covering the priorities above.. Courses including basic skills (digital, English and ESOL), and life skills and career skills** provision for people who are not economically inactive and who are unable to access other training or wrap around support detailed above. 23/24 - 19,200GBP

A mix of procurement routes are currently being considered and it is likely that Quick Quotes, Non-Competitive Direct Awards via Light Touch Regime, and Invitation to Tenders may be issued. Whilst we develop a longer-term flexible framework for 2024 onwards, in the short term, we would like to understand what your organisation can offer in Dumfries and Galloway for residents covering the priorities above.. Intervention to increase levels of digital inclusion, with a focus on essential digital skills, communicating the benefits of getting (safely) online, and in-community support to provide users with the confidence and trust to stay online. 23/24 - 14,400GBP

A mix of procurement routes are currently being considered and it is likely that Quick Quotes, Non-Competitive Direct Awards via Light Touch Regime, and Invitation to Tenders may be issued. Whilst we develop a longer-term flexible framework for 2024 onwards, in the short term, we would like to understand what your organisation can offer in Dumfries and Galloway for residents covering the priorities above.. Support for local areas to fund local skills needs. This includes technical and vocational qualifications and courses up to level 2 and training for vocational licenses relevant to local area needs and high-value qualifications where there is a need for additional skills capacity that cannot be met through mainstream funding. 23/24 - 297,600GPB
