The City of Edinburgh Council has the requirement to install new stand alone modular toilets in three of its destination parks (Inverleith, Meadows and Leith Links). The City of Edinburgh Council has the requirement to install new stand alone modular toilets in three of its destination parks (Inverleith, Meadows and Leith Links). As part of the requirement, there will be provision of Changing Places units, suppliers will be required to have the appropriate knowledge and experience to deliver this. Changing Places toilets are larger accessible toilets for severely disabled people, with equipment such as hoists, curtains, adult-sized changing benches and space for carers. The contractor will be required to provide a turnkey service, including assisting the Council and its externally appointed landscape architect in the designing of the units.. This PIN Notice is intended to help the Council understand the market for this requirement and to help identify contractors to invite to a Quick Quote notice.
