The scope includes the following two key stages: Stage 1 -Document overarching strategic direction for technology foundation -Define and implement framework -Prioritisation -Create Statements of Work Stage 2 -Define and document initial prioritised set of artefacts and guardrails: -Provide clear definition of next steps and recommendations -Provide knowledge transfer The procurement also includes scope for additional Enterprise Architecture consulting services relating to the above work on an optional basis.
