South Ayrshire Council is undertaking a market scoping exercise, under Regulation 40 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, seeking notes of interest from suppliers who can provide a suitable solution to aid with supplier prompt payment and potential discounts on invoice value as a result of early/prompt payment. Any system/solution must be able to integrate with the current ERP system, ORACLE Fusion, and fit with current accounts payable team processes.. This PIN is a request for information, the responses from this PIN will help the Council to understand how many suppliers may be interested in bidding.
