The Landlord has confirmed this contractor as Mitie Engineering Projects Limited (Mitie) Registered as a Private Limited Company under company number 04571695 Registered Office: 1 Harlequin Office Park, Fieldfare, Emersons Green, Bristol, England, BS16 7FN. An extract of the clauses included in the lease is noted below for transparency. \"The Sub-Tenant must use the Mid-Landlords approved contractor to carry out any alterations that are consented to in the Period of the Sub-Leases..\" As a result of the aforementioned provisions, the University has no option under the lease but to award a contract for Refurbishment Works (Tenant's Works) to Mitie as it considers that the obligations and terms of lease afford Mitie exclusive rights.",
