SCTS require remote support for queries/issues relating to the LAN equipment at the various SCTS sites throughout Scotland. On top of the servicing of existing equipment, a replacement service must also be included within this provision. The replacement service will cover hardware which is either complicated, rare to find or which is located a long distance away geographically. The engineers servicing the equipment will also be expected to reprogram and configure the equipment to bring it into working order.. This contract was saught via the Direct Award route calling-off from Crown Commercial Service Network Services 3 Framework (RM6116), Lot 2a: Intra Site Connectivity (Local Area Network) / Local Connectivity Services
