Notice Description
Assignment Description* * Lead on the delivery of the communications and engagement for the ARP programme, working closely with ARP project leads and Design Authority colleagues to ensure co-production is planned and embedded within stakeholder engagement activity* Work closely with the Stakeholder and Ministerial Engagement Officer in planning stakeholder communication and engagement with formal boards and stakeholder groups. Maintain an up to date stakeholder database and use it to make recommendations to ARP colleagues on opportunities for engagement* Act as liaison with key stakeholders to ensure they have up to date information on the programme and the opportunities for participation* Lead on the development of future stakeholder engagement strategy for the programme and stakeholder communication around key programme announcements, maintaining and developing a stakeholder toolkit of ARP assets and content* Be part of an effective network of communication and engagement leads from across the land use portfolio, who will co-design the land use transformation portfolio strategy and drive delivery.* Develop key messages and our approach to accessible, inclusive communications to both internal and external groups.* Working with colleagues across SG and public bodies, co-ordinate and lead the building of relationships with stakeholder groups to understand opinion and acceptability of the approach being taken, and inform wider policy direction and strategy.* Support the ARP with a range of communication tasks including: coordinating responses and updating top lines briefing, providing a strategic overview of land use stakeholders views, and maintaining close working relationships with news, marketing and digital communications colleagues.
