Cairn Housing Group is seeking to appoint a contractor to repair and reinstate fire stopping in the risers, utility cupboards, voids and attic spaces within 6 x retirement / sheltered housing developments in Edinburgh (x2), Rosyth, Stirling, Bathgate and Paisley.

Lot 1
Single stage invitation to tender. Evaluation criteria = 50% lowest price and 50% highest quality.
Options: Option (at client's discretion) to add 5 more sites to the scope of works, upon completion of phase 2 works. Additional sites are in Inverness, Aberdeen, Tain and Dornoch.
Renewal: Option (at client's discretion) to add 5 more sites to the scope of works, upon completuon of phase 2 works.
