The Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to provide maintenance for the current Warden Call system and provide reactive repairs.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Measured Term Contract for a period of 3 years with the option to extend on 2 separate occasions for 12 months each occasion up to a maximum contract period of 5 years. Upon expiry of the Contract, should the services still be required the Council may re-tender.
