The Lossie 2-3 Group are seeking a main contractor to undertake the refurbishment works at the Lossie 2-3 Community Hub facility in what was previously the Warehouse Theatre located on the corner of Commerce Street and Baker Street in the harbour area of Lossiemouth. The building has already been partially converted to a community hub and pre- and post- school club. The group now requires a main contractor to undertake the following works, Roof, Solar Panels, Interior Fit Out, Stairlift Platform supply and installation.
