Notice Description

North Ayrshire Council (NAC) seek to notify the market of a potential future contract opportunity for a main contractor to complete physical improvement works known as the Coastal Hub (phase 1) in Irvine's Harbourside. The works will include the play park, skatepark and pump track within the Beach Park, landscaping, drainage, road and paths realignment between the Beach Park and the Harbour with associated works. The contract is anticipated to commence in October 2024 with anticipated duration of 74 weeks. NAC welcomes expressions of interest from suppliers, by completing the questionnaire below and returning to lynseybennett@north-ayrshire.gov.uk before close of business on Monday 19th Feb 2024.

It is therefore important that applicants have experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction teams and can demonstrate experience in managing multi-phase construction projects.
