Notice Description

The City of Edinburgh Council seeks an independent Mediation Service to fulfil its statutory obligations under The Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004/2009.The provider must be a member of the Scottish Mediation Network or equivalent and must be able to evidence experience of providing mediation under the terms of the 2004 Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act.The contract is anticipated to start from April 2024 and will run until March 2027 with the option of a further 3 year extension at the discretion of the authority.
