Gutter Cleaning Works to Linthouse Housing Association Properties. There is a mix of Flats and Houses. Please refer to the address list within the tender documents. There will also be a requirement for the service provider to record any repairs that may be required to the gutters and downpipes. The contract is for a period of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months dependant on performance.
