Almond Housing Association intend to enter into an agreement with a single contractor for design, supply and install of replacement flooring in communal stairs and associated works. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed. It is anticipated that work will be for 37nr communal stairs detailed within the supporting information. The scope of works include for the removal of existing communal stair flooring and the design, supply and installation of replacement flooring and associated works.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
