This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency (VEAT) notice. This notice is to indicate that NHS Education for Scotland (NES) intends to contract with Triple P (UK) for the delivery of Triple P Positive Parenting Programme Training and provision of associated materials. It is anticipated the contract will start 08/04/24 with an estimated contract value over the next 36 months of circa 454,350 GBP maximum (ex VAT).

Procurement Information
The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. Triple P training is coordinated via Triple P UK, which has a network of trainers around the world. Only trainers who are part of the Triple P International network of trainers are able to deliver this licensed training of the Triple P programme. Triple P UK are the sole suppliers of the manualised materials required for the delivery of the programme.
