This is a term contract for the support and maintenance of the Council's suite of Microsoft products
Lot Information
Lot 1
Remote support services in relation to the Council's suite of Microsoft products. The scope of the contract may vary over the term dependant upon the exact composition of the suite of MS products employed by the Council. It is reasonable to expect that this will change over the term of the contract.
Options: A request for addition optional services can be noted within the Pricing Schedule but WILL NOT form part of the financial scoring element. Details are also requested within the Award Questionnaire
Renewal: After initial 12 months, 1 x 24 month extension and 1 x 12 month extension included within maximum 48 month term
