The works and service requirements comprise of Electrical Installation Condition Reports to approx. 300 domestic properties, 200 common closes, installation of electrical mains isolator switches and ad-hoc reactive repairs at various locations in Central Belt, Scotland. All works and service provision will be undertaken to existing social housing and commercial stock owned and/or managed by Link Group Ltd and any of its subsidiaries.

Renewal: Further 2 years on basis of 1 + 1, subject to satisfactory performance, KPI compliance and mutual agreement
