The works comprising internal/external alterations to Coatbridge Health Centre to refurbish the Modular Building with both Internal and external works. These changes are within existing rooms and external areas to the building. The works will include upgrading existing storage and services to various levels within 4 rooms and surrounding areas as outlined within specification supplied and updated during on site visits.
