Analysis for Annual Procurement Reports
Notice Description
The Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate of the Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers wishes to commission the analysis and reporting of individual annual procurement strategies, reports, and statistical submissions published by public bodies in Scotland.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The key outputs of this analytical work each year will be two main reports, an Overview Report and a Strategic Analysis and Recommendations Report. The information to be analysed will relate to the financial years 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 and will contribute to the Scottish Ministers' annual report on procurement activity. The types of public body which publish an annual procurement report include local authorities, central government bodies, health bodies, universities and colleges, and housing associations. It is anticipated that approximately 135 annual procurement reports will be available for analysis each year but the exact number of reports is uncertain.
Renewal: The Purchaser may, by giving notice to the Service Provider, extend the period of the Contract to a date falling no later than 18 November 2027. Subject to that constraint, the Purchaser may extend the period of the Contract on more than one occasion.
