A contract management meeting can be called at any time in response to concerns raised by the referring officers, the Provider or Service Users, however these are anticipated to be on a monthly or quarterly basis. The Provider must regularly review their work against the aims and objectives of this contract and make the results of these reviews accessible to the Council at least once a year."
