Description of tender - South Ayrshire Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Architect Led, Multi-disciplinary design team. The team is to provide professional services as detailed in the attached Girvan Design Brief Final Word document. Girvan's Story is a Community Led Regeneration Project and the appointed design team will require to develop costed design plans as part of Stage 2 funding bids to Historic Environment Scotland and National Lottery Heritage Fund. This will include community engagement, placemaking, behaviours changes and associated supporting documents in line with the requirements set by the external funding sources.
