A Mini-Competition tender process was conducted under SUPC SLRA Framework Agreement - Lot 1: Microsoft & Associated Services. All 10 suppliers on the lot were invited to bid. From the 10 suppliers invited to bid, 2 submitted a bid by the closing date of 12 noon on Monday 26th February 2024. The mini-competition was conducted via Public Contracts Scotland - Tender. Suppliers were invited to quote on a most economically advantageous tender based in the form of a 30% Quality and 70% Price split.
