Moray wishes to continue to develop its roll out of PEEP to become an universally experienced pathway available to all families from pregnancy until their child begins school. This is part of Moray's plan to ensure parents feel supported and are enabled to be the best parent they can be.

The Children Services Partnership is looking for interested 3rd sector based partners to support the development and delivery of the PEEP programme across Moray. Commencing in August, a 2 year contract will include leading on the development of our partnership model to deliver a universal PEEP pathway from pregnancy to 5 years and targeted PEEP provision where needed. This will also include input into the development of PEEP based qualification opportunities for parents and senior phased school pupils. Any interested provider would be expected to: Develop PEEP practitioner posts and a minimum part time PEEP co-ordinator post. To deliver peep groups across Moray through partnership working To coordinate peep provision and partnership working To lead on behalf of the Children Services Partnership on the PEEP Family Learning Together offer the partnership has secured Use funding provided to acquire the resources required on behalf of the partnership to deliver the peep pathway Hold a minimum level of funding to support partnership delivery in areas where no partners have settings so space will need to be hired Please note it would be desirable if bidders have some previous experience of PEEP, however, that does not mean bidders must have current trained staff who are actively using PEEP..
