South Ayrshire Council, as the Lead Accountable Body and Lead Partner of the Local Employability Partnership (LEP), is seeking to work in partnership with training providers, the third sector and other organisations to utilise funding that will deliver an all-age, person-centred programme of support to those looking to gain the relevant skills and knowledge to progress to meaningful, sustainable employment. In doing so, South Ayrshire Council has a requirement to establish a Multi-Provider, Flexible Framework Agreement (FFA) to deliver varied programmes covering the 5 stage employability pipeline. The procurement is being carried out in accordance with The Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 under the "Light Touch Regime.
