SPD (Scotland) Question 4B.5.1b Employer's (Compulsory) Liability: maintain a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 10 million in respect of each claim, and without limit to the number of claims. SPD (Scotland) Question 4B.5.2 Public Liability: maintain a minimum indemnity limit of GBP 10 million in respect of each claim, and without limit to the number of claims.
