The external audit service will provide the Association with an objective and independent assessment of the annual accounts of Govanhill HA and and its subsidiary GCDT and their financial positions after each financial year ending 31 March. It should provide a service to the whole Association including the Management Committee, the Trust Board (and Audit and Risk Sub-Committee). The external audit service is responsible for evaluating and reporting to the Management Committee, the Audit and Risk Sub-Committee and the Director in accordance with relevant professional and regulatory requirements, including the expectations of the Scottish Housing Regulator and the Scottish Charities Regulator.

Renewal: Possible extension for another 3 years after negotiation during year 3
