Desktop Exercise under framework. This is following market engagement information and market data from the stakeholders relating to two suppliers who sit on this framework. These two suppliers were the only two suppliers within the framework who could meet the specification of the equipment requirement for this project.

Options: Weighting was based on Desktop method 2 for the framework which allowed the weighting to be changed by up to 20% in each area.
