The provision of a pool of suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Reward Specialist to then be assessed by Perth and Kinross Council through a selection process with the preferred candidate being offered a fixed term contract of employment.The successful candidate will assist in the development of a modernised compensation and benefitsprogramme that is fit for purpose, attracts and retains talent, is flexible and alignswith wider People and Culture Strategies. This includes reviewing/recommending pay modelling strategies, assessing compensation and benefits and impact on employment policies and procedures
