Work closely with the Programme Management Team and the Programme Communications Manager to:* maintain and develop the programme narrative and storyboards relevant to the range of respective stakeholders* plan, prepare and manage content to meet all stakeholder requirementsMain Duties:- Maintain a map of programme stakeholders and set out their communication and engagement requirements in an comprehensive engagement strategy. Stakeholders will include programme governance and assurance bodies, the programme core and wider team, end users, customers etc.- Work with the programme team, sponsors, subject matter experts, suppliers and delivery partners to fully understand programme scope, costs, timescales, benefits, deliverables and change impacts in order to create consistent Programme information and communication collateral.- Lead the development and creation of extensive stakeholder information collateral to meet the needs of a diverse range of stakeholders .- Work closely with the Business Change Team to orchestrate stakeholder communications in line with the overall engagement plans.- Work closely with the wider Corporate Transformation Strategy and Engagement Team to ensure consistency with the overall Corporate Transformation priorities, strategic narrative and key messaging.- Create, manage and ensure delivery of a comprehensive engagement plan across all stakeholders that utilises appropriate channels and deliver the objectives in the agreed strategy.- Ensure measures are in place to create feedback channels into the programme to understand the impact of stakeholder engagement across stakeholders- Represent the Programme in regular meetings with different networks and stakeholder groups across SG to effectively communicate and bring to the created materials to life.
