This project will capture the refurbishment and fit-out of 5 Charlotte Square, Edinburgh. No 5 will become part of a network of flexible and collaborative workplace hubs across Scotland. The objective is to create a modern and functional workspace while preserving and highlighting the building's historic significance and charm. Works to the property generally include a number of repairs, and conservation of elements, such as existing floors, walls, ceilings and doors. The mechanical and electrical systems, toilets and kitchen facilities require to be overhauled, and there are damp issues in the lower areas of the building.
