Project Manager to Manage a Large-scale Implementation of Mobile Working Repairs Service
Notice Description
ERC are looking for a company to programme manage a large-scale implementation of mobile working to their repairs service. Ensuring that business continues as usual whilst project planning and implementation are undertaken. ERC housing services currently use a number of software solutions for different business areas that interface to one another, it is key that these systems remain uninterrupted. There will be a large element of process changes and improvement to improve the productivity of the service once mobile working solution is procured.

ERC are looking for a consultant/ company to manage the design and implementation of the digital transformation of our in house repairs service. Removing any manual and paper based processes onto a mobile working solution. This project will run for a 2-3 year period depending on the solution procured.. Please e-mail may.harvey-welsh@eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk with information on your experience of managing a similar project & change management within the LA housing sector in the past 3 years. Please submit no later than 12 noon Tuesday 15th October. Responses will be treated in confidence and will be used to inform any future tendering opportunity and gain an understanding of available providers.
