Repair works to existing glazed screens to common close (approximately 25.00m high), comprising cutting out and replacement of defective isolated section of timber frames (beads, facings, sill nosing's, mullion cover facings, jambs, etc). The Association requires the property to be refurbished in line with the Proposed Plans and Elevations drawings.. See attached 'ITT - SPD Price & Quality Criteria and Scoring Evaluation - Dukes Wynd - vFinal'

Options: As required

Renewal: Milnbank Housing Associations will have the option to extend for a further 4 x single 12-month periods at the Associations discretion to have a phased approach to deliver each year's programme in connection with this works and blocks.
