Notice Description
The works comprise the construction of 4No. 120m2 units (approx. 480m2 Gross Internal Area) high quality flexible industrial units with all associated infrastructure including utility connections, car parking, interface with access roads, landscaping etc. Internally the units are to be fitted out to 'shell and core plus' comprising heating, lighting, toilets, PV, kitchen and sanitary accommodation, floor finishes, etc. all to provide a "walk-in" standard.
