Hosting, support, and maintenance services for Forth Valley College's website with an Umbraco Content Management System (CMS) on the Microsoft Azure platform and dev site.. The maximum budget for support, maintenance and hosting is GBP 13,000 excl. VAT a year. The estimated value of the agreement is GBP 70,000 excl. VAT for 4 years including support, maintenance and hosting, and any additional services such as development or upgrades.

Options: Forth Valley College may request that the Contractor make changes to the existing platform outside the scope of the Agreement for support and maintenance services that may require new functional development work to be carried out by the Contractor.

Renewal: Forth Valley College reserves the right to extend the Agreement for a further 1 period of 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued requirements.
