Glasgow Kelvin College requires a Contractor to provide an on-line digital skills learning package and to identify and recruit eligible learners onto College digital upskilling programmes. The key priorities of the learning materials are to support the upskilling of workers in low paid employment from within the Glasgow City Region and develop their digital skills and the digital capacity of their employer. This tender exercise is a Light Touch Regime tender, under Schedule 3 Social and other Specific Services (80420000 : E-learning services).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: There will be two (2) additional option periods of 12 months at the sole discretion of the College and subject to the Contractor's performance.
