Dalmuir Park Housing Association require a single contractor who can carry out replacement communal extract systems and also carry out their planned servicing and reactive maintenance to communal air extract/ventilation systems within various residential properties.

The works comprise the replacement of current communal air extract/ventilation systems with new, more efficient systems within each individual loft space, providing projected running costs for a 5-year period, servicing and maintaining the new systems within each loft space, preparing and providing condition reports annually, setting up fire risk register & providing reporting for the initial year of the contract, assessing inlets within each individual property & providing a report on air-flow rates/noting status of fire dampers.

Renewal: Option to extend the contract for any variation of further duration up to a maximum of a further two years. Any decision to extend the contract will be made entirely at the Employer's discretion and will be subject to satisfactory performance against published key performance indicators.
