In order to respond to and manage a cyber incident, SPS requires the services of cyber critical incident response professionals to support SPS Digital Services in the identification, analysis, isolation, mitigation, recovery and review of cyber incidents including but not limited to phishing, brute force and denial of service attacks. The service will help SPS Digital services prepare for, respond to critical cyber incidents, and advise the senior leadership on preparation and response measures as part of an SPS disaster recovery plan. The service should ideally be on a call-off basis as required with appropriate service levels, resources allocated and response times as part of any proposal. This is to include but not limited to: 24 hr response helpline Triage response within 1 hour Dedicated response manager On-site response service Appropriate incident response training
