Fusion Assets is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Principal Contractor (the 'Contractor') with the express purpose of carrying out the construction of a new Industrial Unit, Car Park and rear Service Yard at Building No.3, Link Park, Newhouse, Motherwell, North Lanarkshire, ML1 5GJ. It is utilising a single stage competitive process in accordance with the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
