Lot 1

Comprehensive testing and reporting services to the University covering checks on the air containment within the BVS Animal Facilities' clean environment spaces located across the various University's campuses' buildings. The initial contract period is for 3 years, from 21st February 2025 to 20th February 2028. The University has the option to extend for two additional periods of 1-year each, potentially taking the contract through to 20th February 2030 if all extensions are applied.

Options: The initial contract period is for 3 years, from 21st February 2025 to 20th February 2028. The University has the option to extend for two additional periods of 1-year each, potentially taking the contract through to 20th February 2030 if all extensions are applied.

Renewal: The initial contract period is 3 years with two options to extend for periods of 1-year each (3+1+1).
