Procurement Information

Following funding received from the Scottish Ministers for Clackmannanshire Council's Family Wellbeing Partnership, to embed wellbeing and capabilities approaches to tackle poverty and inequality, enhance wellbeing and shift towards preventative and relational models of public service to create the conditions for people and communities to thrive. On the basis the funding is to be provided to named providers in terms of the grant conditions and the possibility of competition is therefore absent for technical reasons, the Council intends to rely on Regulation 33 (1)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 to enter into contracts directly with the named providers
