Description: Site clearance to include tree felling, scrub clearance and level site, form new yard, carpark and concrete slab for new workshop building (workshop shell supplied by others), internal fit out and provision of services to workshop along with associated enabling work. A provisional allowance for demolition works are included. You are invited to submit a Tender for the works outlined in the attached documents and subject to the conditions below.
